Current Issue
In this 2006, Volume I issue, our first issue, we begin with a symposium on the law respecting premarital agreements around the world. There are articles discussing the law in Australia, Canada, China, England, Hong Kong, Ireland, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, the United States and Wales. As the articles demonstrate, public policy respecting premarital agreements varies dramatically from one country to another.
Following the symposium on antenuptial agreements is a timely article on the law in England and Wales respecting unmarried couples, by London attorneys, Mark Harper and Suzanne Todd.
